Opis stanowiska

My client a major global player in property brokerage is seeking to develop its Property Management Services throughout the CEE region. Based from my clients offices in Warsaw, Poland, the successful applicant will be tasked with heading up a new division within Property Management Services not just within Poland but across the CEE region. Reporting directly into the MD, your ultimate aim will be to develop my clients brand into a market leader with the objective of targeting and winning Property Management service contracts with a wide range of Institutional, Property companies, Investors and Private Clients.

Wymagania

You must come with experience in the real estate market (Property Management ? ideally 5 years minimum) across the CEE region and be able to demonstrate your capabilities in winning and developing new business with strong customer service skills. Ideally you will already come with experience in managing both retail and commercial properties and be competent in leading a successful Property Management Team through its developmental stages.

Leading this division from the top, your vision and strategic capabilities will require you to implement new ideas and concepts which will in turn have an influence on the team of people you are expected to recruit. This is an exciting challenge for anyone who is interested in creating their own destiny, working for a global organisation within a market which offers current opportunities.

My client in return will offer you a competitive salary, commission structure to suit and additional fringe benefits which are commensurate with the position. A good knowledge and command of the English language is essential.
